"The FBI has identified and located Jane Doe 43. She is not in the FBI Omaha field office's area of responsibility. We appreciate the assistance from both the media and the public. No further publicity is needed at this time," Adams said.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday announced it is asking for help from the public to identify an unknown woman who may have information on the identity of a child victim in an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation.

FBI officials at the Omaha office shared photos of the woman known only as “Jane Doe 43.”

The FBI said initial video of the unidentified woman shown with a child was first seen and likely created in October of 2019. She is described as a white female with dark hair between 20 and 30 years old. She is heard speaking English in the video, according to the FBI.

“The public is reminded no charges have been filed in this case and the pictured individual is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law,” The FBI said through a news release. “This individual is being sought as part of the FBI’s Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program initiatives, both of which represent strategic partnerships between the FBI and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.”
