Procession for Hillsborough County deputy killed in apparent murder-suicide to be held Wednesday


 

A parade traversing the territory of Florida will be occurring on Wednesday for a Hillsborough County appointee killed in an evident homicide self destruction throughout the end of the week.


Abigail Bieber, 30, was killed by Hillsborough County Detective Daniel Leyden on Saturday in St. Augustine before he committed suicide.


Bieber and Leyden, as per examiners, were dating.

Bieber had been with HCSO since February of 2018. They said she was an energetic supporter for kid casualties of sexual battery and kid misuse, and some time or another tried to be an investigator.


"Delegate Abigail Bieber was an exceptional policeman, and apparently, a far superior individual who left a positive effect on each individual from her crew and the incalculable individuals from our local area who she experienced while on the lookout," said Sheriff Chad Chronister. "This misfortune has left our Sheriff's Office family sadness stricken. There is a void inside our souls that can never be filled, however I trust that Deputy Bieber's inheritance will be the manner in which she carried on with her life, as a sacrificial worker."


HCSO said a motorcade will accompany Bieber home from St. Augustine to Clearwater to respect her.Deputy Bieber is more than meriting this honor, and we trust that by permitting both our Sheriff's Office family and the local area on the loose to offer their appreciation, it will give some little feeling of solace in this misfortune," said Sheriff Chronister. "She will always be recognized as a committed public servant.The public is welcome to respect Bieber by review the parade as it passes the District III Office at roughly 12:15 p.m. HCSO said the individuals who anticipate going to are approached to stop and view the motorcade from the Macy's parking area at the Citrus Park Mall.Funeral plans for Deputy Bieber have not yet been finished, and her family is requesting security during this time.
